Most engagements fall between £8,000 and £45,000 depending on scope. A simple classification model with a clean dataset sits at the lower end. A full predictive analytics platform with multiple data sources and a custom dashboard lands near the top. We always quote a fixed price after the discovery phase, so you know the total before committing.
It depends on the task. For text classification, a few hundred labelled examples can be enough when we fine-tune a pre-trained language model. Tabular prediction tasks usually need at least a few thousand rows to produce reliable results. During discovery we assess what you have and tell you frankly whether it is sufficient.

Yes. We sign a data processing agreement before any transfer. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We work on isolated environments, never mix client datasets, and delete all copies within 30 days of project completion unless you request otherwise. We are registered with the ICO and comply with UK GDPR.
In most cases, yes. We deploy models as REST APIs that your applications call over HTTPS. If you use Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, or similar platforms, we build the connector during the production phase. For legacy systems without an API, we set up a scheduled file-based exchange.
